The holiday house Iroise, newly renovated in 2018, a very large family house with stunning sea views, located in Finistère on the beautiful peninsula Crozon, near the long sandy beach L'Aber, one of the most beautiful of the Presqu'ile de Crozon and also known as a surf spot is. Especially families with small children love him, because he is very gently sloping, and there is no dangerous current. At low tide it's great for kids to play in the waterholes that the tide left behind and to build sand castles.

The Breton holiday house is located on the Crozon peninsula in the bay of Douarnenez, about 700 m from the sandy beach L'Aber, ideal for families and water sports of all kinds. After Crozon to the shops it is about 4 km to the bakery and a new Pizzeria in Tal-ar-Groas about 1 km. To Camaret-sur Mer about 11 km and to Brest and the historic town of Quimper 60 km.

The kitchen is well equipped, there are 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 separate toilets, a garage can accommodate bicycles and surfboards.
