The location of this unusual holiday home villa is ideal, walking distance to the weekly market in Crozon, which offers many Breton delicacies, fresh fish and seafood, the Café de Bretagne, the small boutiques and a very good restaurant on the church square, but also to the sea and beach it is not far. You can cycle fast on the sandy beach and sailing port Morgat, on the small sheltered beach Portzic and in 5-10 minutes by car on the west coast of the peninsula, where long sandy beaches with dune landscapes.

3 large bedrooms offer sleeping facilities for 6 people, 2 spacious bathrooms, one with bathtub and a shower room, from which you can get directly into the Mediterranean-style courtyard and garden. The very large garden (3000 sqm) is surrounded by old stone walls and therefore secluded, an oasis of peace with meadow, apple trees and palm trees and a brilliant former studio, which is equipped with furniture and loungers and library at the same time. Here you can also stay outdoors when it rains, the entire front of Moroccan doors can be deferred.
