The region around Locquirec

Locquirec is a small charming fishing port and pretty seaside resort in the north
of Finistère in Brittany, sheltered on a small peninsula in the
Bay of Lannion and framed by beautiful white sandy beaches.

In addition to its 9 sandy beaches Locquirec offers a very nice
small harbor with good restaurants and nice little boutiques,
Creperies and brasseries. You can get fresh fish directly at the harbor
to buy. Regional and local products
are offered every Wednesday in the big market.

The coast is known as an excellent sailing and surfing area and
is therefore ideal for families who like to spend their holiday in Brittany
Do water sports. An excellent surfing and sailing school
is in the immediate vicinity.

For culturally interested are interesting excursions.
Very worth seeing is the town of Morlaix in the northeast of the
Finistère, about 20 km from Locquirec,
the Château du Taureau, 20 km away
former episcopal city of St.-Pol-de-Léon with its 77 m high
Belfry and the idyllic harbor town of Roscoff, the
