20 years ago, we spent our first holiday in Brittany and, by chance, we ended up discovering the Crozon peninsula. For us it was love at first sight! From that time on, the sea, the landscape, the wind and the scent of Brittany itself has remained with us and never let go. Time after time we returned, first alone and then with our children. The longing to be here was so great that, in 1999, we decided on a radical change of lifestyle and to emigrate to Brittany. We have now lived here at the "au bout du monde" (world’s end) since April 2000, and we have never regretted it.

After we had purchased our holiday home, we managed to let it to German holidaymakers quite often. Many Bretons own holiday homes here which they also wish to let, but many do not speak English or German. Consequently, we were approached and asked to help with mediation. Since the Germans have different set holiday periods to the French and other European contries, and often like to travel off-season, they are of course very desirable clients.

Through our growing involvement, the number of enquiries for holiday homes rentals directed to us personally increased over time. The close contact with many of the proprietors and their publicising of our contact details has boosted the business and number of holiday accommodations in the region substantially.

Due to our personal presence, we are able to provide proprietors and tenants with a unique service:

- Professional, competent advice before, during and after your vacation

- If necessary, translation assistance for communication between the proprietorand tenant

This standard of service distinguishes us significantly from other holiday home agents and service providers who are based in Germany and abroad. Often, they are not personally familiar with the properties under their administration, and are unavailable for general assistance or in emergencies, e.g. during weekend or evening times.
